1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the LiftMate App or services (bike taxi, car sharing, parcel delivery, or logistics), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. Services Covered
Bike Taxi & Car Sharing – Riders can book verified drivers or share rides with others.
Parcel & Logistics – Users can book trusted partners (drivers/riders) for delivering goods within the city or intercity.
Other Services – Any additional services introduced by LiftMate will also be governed by these Terms.
3. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older.
Drivers/Partners must have:
Valid driving license.
Vehicle registration & insurance.
Permits required by law for commercial operations.
4. User Responsibilities
Riders/Customers: Provide correct pickup/drop details, pay fares, respect drivers.
Drivers/Partners: Deliver goods or complete rides safely, avoid misuse, maintain vehicles in good condition.
Parcels: No illegal, dangerous, or banned items are allowed. LiftMate reserves the right to refuse unsafe deliveries.
5. Payments
Fares and delivery charges are shown in the App before booking.
Payments can be made via UPI, cards, wallet, or cash.
Drivers/Partners are paid after deducting LiftMate’s commission/platform fee.
GST and applicable taxes are included.
6. Safety
All rides & deliveries are GPS tracked.
SOS emergency button is provided.
Female user safety calls may be routed via company number.
Helmets must be provided for bike rides.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply if users cancel after booking confirmation.
Frequent cancellations by drivers may lead to penalties or suspension.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method.
8. Liability
LiftMate is a technology platform connecting users and independent drivers/partners.
Drivers/Partners are not employees of LiftMate.
For accidents, loss, or parcel damage, the driver’s insurance applies.
LiftMate is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect user data (location, contact, ride/delivery details) to provide services.
Data is stored securely and may be shared with authorities if required.

10. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated for violations, fraud, or unsafe behavior.
Users can close their account anytime via the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Vijayawada courts.
